and has now developed into a professional manufacturing enterprise
specializing in various motor stator and rotor cores. It has formed
a full-process operation including the design, manufacturing and
maintenance of precision molds, precision stamping of stator and
rotor punching sheets and cores, precision aluminum casting of
rotors, machining of stators and rotors, and product shipment.

progressive dies and composite cold stamping dies, and has strong
mold manufacturing capabilities. To ensure the high precision of
molds, the company has introduced supporting processing equipment
(imported Swiss Hauser S40 coordinate grinding machine and
Charmilles 290 slow-feeding wire cutting machine) and testing
equipment (three-coordinate measuring instrument, large-table image

high-speed mold manufacturing and maintenance, it ensures the
provision of high-quality products for customers.
The company has more than 200 various stamping equipment, including
18 imported high-speed punch presses of 80t, 125t, 220t, 300t,
360t, 400t and 630t. It is equipped with one slitting and cutting
line and 12 precision die-casting machines, with the capacity to
consume 70,000 tons of silicon steel sheets annually.
The company's stator and rotor products cover hundreds of types
such as air-conditioning motors, series-excited motors, shaded-pole
motors, generators, automotive motors, water pump motors, magneto
motors, reduction motors, refrigerant motors, DC motors, DC
brushless motors, servo motors, and new energy motors. The company
has independent export rights. Its products have been exported in
large quantities to the United States, Germany, Italy, Japan, as
well as countries in the Middle East and other regions.
